Central heating, a private safe, and multi-channel television in the room and the comfortable bed. Nice location, 20 minutes walk from Ballehage Strand beach.

The room was twin and with exceptionally comfortable beds. The hotel had nice staff members. The venue was in an awesome location short walk to the nearby forest and the ocean and Aarhus harbour and the Beach and the Woods and the city...

Reasonably large and top-class room with the possibility to make extra beds was enjoyable. All the staff we met were understanding and very-very nice. The location was marvellous, not very far from a large park.

location, Marselis Park. time I felt like dedicating a weekend to nature with bike rides in the area of Marselisborg and Moesgaard. So I booked a room with a view of the forest and not the sea. I was given a room in the small house next to the building with good heating, quietly facing the pedestrian path. They also offered me the possibility to rent the bike which was modern. gave me the opportunity to get to know the surroundings at my own pace and to have independence. breakfast was very complete, facilities of sauna and swimming pool were adequate (I was small but there was nobody when I went so no problem). Enough wifi connection for my mobile and computer (I did a Skype conference in the evening and it didn't cut out)
Nothing remarkable, it is a charming hotel to enjoy nature and fresh air without being too far from the center (4 kms, half an hour walk) and well connected by public transport.

Generally, acaaptable stay - good hotel, nice location.
There is no or very little air circulation in rooms, especially in bath room, meaning it is very humid dou to slow drying after shower, etc..

The staff was actualy quite friendly, especially the bartender who seemed to really enjoy his job as well as having an excellent knowledge of produce on offer - recommended really good Danish beer! the location was defenitely a positive aspect - seaside, the beach, forests
- On our arrival the reception staff was not very friendly - and we did have a lot of questions as it was our first visit to Aarhus and Danmark -the room had a really old-fashioned deco and the bathroom had a damp odour from a possibly blocked pipe - the entire hotel was dark as the lighting was insuffecient in some places - might have been a health & safety hazard - even though tried to remain `ecologocal & green` by reducing usage of electricity - the hotel lacked in any kind of atmosphear, its location is defenitely a plus but there was no real character to it - the entire hotel desperately needs a revamp and re-decoration work to be able to appreciate its value

Great view of the sea; not far from Aarhus centre
A bit old fashioned / not easy to go there by public transports

The room offered a fine sea view, and I particularly loved listening to the calming sound of the waves at night. The proximity to the deer park was a good surprise. The breakfast was underwhelming, especially the automated coffee, quite poor. The confusing layout of the hotel made it tricky to navigate to my room, leading to a bit of frustration during check-in.

I stayed in a Double or Twin Room with Sea View. The view was great, but the room itself was a bit outdated. The bed was firm and pretty comfortable, but I missed having coffee-making facilities in the room. Still, the bathroom was spacious and had a nice shower. Had to pay a bit extra for this view, but honestly, it was worth it for the scenery. Breakfast was decent too. Decent place for a beach stay.

The location was great.
The hotel was not cozy, felt cold. The small bar closed early. The shower in our room had mold and smelled of sewer.

Lovely beachfront location at the edge of the Marselis forests. Quiet and peaceful, away from busy roads. Good size room. Very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast buffet in room overlooking the bay. Standard much improved since we stayed there a few years ago.
